• Usage Analytics: Which features you use, how often you use them, how long your sessions last, where users drop off or get stuck, and other “anonymous” usage signals.
• Communications Metadata: If you contact support or send feedback, we may retain metadata (e.g., date/time of message, your IP address, and device info) to process and respond to your request.

We keep your data (game history, account info, analytics) as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

If you request deletion of your account or data, we will deactivate it promptly and schedule it for permanent deletion within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 60 days), unless legal or operational reasons require retaining it longer (such as backup snapshots, fraud investigations, or to comply with legal obligations).

After deletion, we may retain aggregated or anonymized data (e.g., “X total rounds played in 2025”) for analytics, but it won’t be tied to you or your account.

• Deletion: You can ask us to delete your account and all personal data associated with it.
• Opt-Out of Communications: If we ever send you marketing emails (with your permission), you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Disable Location Services: Turn off location tracking in your device settings, and we’ll stop collecting new location data.
• Privacy Settings: In the app or website settings, you can control what notifications you receive, whether you allow sharing aggregate data, and whether you want “anonymous analytics” turned on or off.

Even so, no system is completely immune to risk. Please help by choosing strong passwords, keeping your app and device updated, and notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

9. Children’s Privacy

ParTeeOf18 is not designed for children under age 13 (or younger than the age of digital consent in your country).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under the applicable age has provided personal data, we will promptly delete it.
