Opt-Out of Communications: If we ever send you marketing emails (with your permission), you can unsubscribe anytime.

We keep your data (game history, account info, analytics) as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
If you request deletion of your account or data, we will deactivate it promptly and schedule it for permanent deletion within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 60 days), unless legal or operational reasons require retaining it longer (such as backup snapshots, fraud investigations, or to comply with legal obligations). After deletion, we may retain aggregated or anonymized data (e.g., “X total rounds played in 2025”) for analytics, but it won’t be tied to you or your account.
Location data is optional. We will never collect it without asking you explicitly.

Suggest nearby courses or match opportunities.
Track your shots more accurately.
You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. Disabling it may reduce or disable some features, but the app will still function for scoring and stats.
We use industry-standard security practices: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest where feasible, secure servers, strong authentication practices, and frequent security audits. We regularly test our app and systems for vulnerabilities, and monitor for suspicious behavior.
Even so, no system is completely immune to risk. Please help by choosing strong passwords, keeping your app and device updated, and notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Our servers may be located in different countries, and data may be transferred across international borders for storage or processing.
If you’re using ParTeeOf18 from outside India, know that data protection laws vary by country. We commit to protecting your data in accordance with this policy, even if local laws differ.
Where required, we’ll use standard contractual clauses, encryption, or other legal mechanisms to protect data transferred to countries with different privacy laws.
